05 How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it in the following circumstances:

• With our internal human resources and recruitment team on a need-to-know basis so they can assess and process your application.
• With service providers who support the Platform, such as hosting, email, and analytics providers, bound by confidentiality obligations.

06 Data Retention

We keep your personal data for as long as necessary to process your applications, operate the recruitment process, and meet legal or regulatory requirements. If your application is unsuccessful, we may retain a copy of your profile for future opportunities — unless you ask us to delete it.
