01 Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Delovery careers website (“Platform”), including browsing vacancies, creating an account, submitting job applications, and corresponding with our recruitment team. The Platform is operated by Delovery, with its head office at Jl. Taman Maluku No. 1, Kel. Karang Tempel, Kec. Semarang Timur, Kota Semarang, Indonesia.
By accessing or using the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the “Last updated” date on this page.
02 About the Service
The Platform helps candidates discover job vacancies at Delovery and submit applications online.
The recruitment process may include application screening, interviews, assessments, and background checks, depending on the position. Participation in any stage does not guarantee an offer of employment.
03 Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the minimum age permitted by applicable law, to create an account and apply for vacancies.
- You must provide true, accurate, complete, and current information in your profile and applications.
- You must not create an account on behalf of another person, or maintain more than one account for the same purpose unless permitted by us.
04 Account Registration and Security
You may register using a valid email address or through supported login providers such as Google. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you believe your account has been compromised, notify us promptly at hrd@delovery.id.
05 Acceptable Use
When using the Platform, you agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information in your profile, applications, or communications.
- Attempt to access, disrupt, or interfere with the Platform’s systems, databases, or other users’ accounts without authorisation.
- Copy, scrape, or harvest content, including vacancy listings and personal data of other users, without permission.
- Misuse the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates applicable law.
06 Applications and the Recruitment Process
Submitting an application is an expression of interest only. It does not create an employment relationship, contract, or obligation to interview, shortlist, or hire you.
We may reject, decline, or close applications at our discretion, consistent with applicable law. Response times vary depending on the position and the volume of applications.
If you progress through the process, you may be asked to attend interviews, complete assignments, or provide additional information. All information you provide must remain accurate throughout the process.
07 Intellectual Property
The Platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, brand assets, and software, is the property of Delovery or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to access and use the Platform for the purpose of exploring and applying for vacancies. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the content without our prior written consent.

The Platform may include links to external websites or services, or integrate with third-party providers such as Google for sign-in. These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of any third-party service. We encourage you to review their terms and privacy policies before using them.

The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We do not guarantee that a vacancy remains open, that your application will be considered, or that using the Platform will result in employment, an interview, or any recruitment outcome.
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Delovery and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
11 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform if you breach these Terms, misuse the Platform, or if required by applicable law or regulation.
You may delete your account and stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.
12 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Semarang, Indonesia.
